The deal includes the Anglostar Colombia, Anglostar Ecuador, and Anglostar Peru subsidiaries. The identity of the seller was not announced. DyStar is a leading producer of textile and leather chemicals. Anglostar has been the exclusive distributor of DyStar's products in the Andean region since March 2010.
