DyStar acquires distributor

DyStar (Singapore) says it has completed the acquisition of Anglostar (Greer, SC) for an undisclosed amount. The deal includes the Anglostar Colombia, Anglostar Ecuador, and Anglostar Peru subsidiaries. The identity of the seller was not announced. DyStar is a leading producer of textile and leather chemicals. Anglostar has been the exclusive distributor of DyStar's products in the Andean region since March 2010.
