DuPont Completes Acquisition of Sulfuric Acid Technology Firm MECS

DuPont says it has completed the acquisition of sulfuric acid process technology and construction company MECS (St. Louis, MO) from private equity firm American Securities (New York). MECS will become a wholly owned subsidiary of DuPont’s Sustainable Solutions business.
