Clariant Buys Masterbatches Business

Clariant says it has acquired the Chicago, IL based Rite Systems and Ricon Colors, two sister companies engaged in the production of liquid and solid masterbatches, from private owners headed by entrepreneur Manu Jogani. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
