Bayer CropScience CEO to Become Chairman of Johnson & Johnson

Sandra Peterson, whose resignation as chairman and CEO of Bayer CropScience was announced yesterday, is to become chairman and a board member of Johnson & Johnson (J&J). She will have board responsibility at J&J for its consumer group of companies, information technology, and global supply chain. Peterson's contract with Bayer is due to end on November 30, 2012, and she will take up her new responsibilities at J&J on December 1, 2012.
