BASF Opens Thermoplastic Polyurethanes Research Lab in U.S.

BASF says it has opened a new research lab for thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU) at the company’s Wyandotte, MI, site. A team of product developers, chemists, and material scientists will work to discover new products for U.S. automotive, construction, sports, and leisure industries, BASF says.  The team at the lab will mainly focus on TPU synthesis and processing.
