Ashland names new water technologies president

Ashland has named Luis Fernandez-Moreno as company v.p. and president of Ashland’s water technologies segment. Fernandez-Moreno has been in the industry for 30 years and most recently served as executive v.p. of Arch Chemicals, where he was responsible for the wood protection and HTH Water Products businesses. Previously, Fernandez-Moreno served with Dow Chemical as business group v.p. for Dow coating materials.
