American Vanguard forms jv to market pesticides

American Vanguard (Newport Beach, CA) says that its subsidiary Amvac Chemical has formed a joint venture with TyraTech (Morrisville, NC), a natural life science company, to develop and commercialize pesticide products. The pesticides use TyraTech's natural ingredients for high efficacy and safety, the company says.
