Airgas Buys Gases Distributor

Airgas has purchased Tri-Tech (Tampa, FL), a distributor of industrial, medical and specialty gases with locations in the southeastern U.S., the company announced today. While exact value of the deal was not disclosed, Tri-Tech has annual revenues of about $31 million. Of Tri-Tech's sixteen locations, twelve have been integrated into Airgas South and four have been integrated into Airgas National Welders.
