Air Products CFO to retire in February

Air Products says that Paul Huck, senior v.p. and CFO, will retire on 28 February 2013, after more than 33 years with the company. The board has selected Scott Crocco, currently v.p. and controller, to succeed Huck. Crocco will be responsible for all aspects of the worldwide financial organization including controllership, treasury, investor relations, tax, and audit. He will report to John E.
