Momentive expanding triazine plant in Texas

Momentive Specialty Chemicals (MSC) says it is expanding its triazine plant at Diboll, TX to add new reactors and blend tanks. The expansions will double the plant’s production levels, MSC says. It will be completed in two phases, with the final phase complete in the fall of next year. Triazine is used in hydrogen sulfide scavenging in oilfield applications, MSC says.
