H.B. Fuller fourth-quarter profits slip 5%

H.B. Fuller reported net income of $25.1 million for its fiscal fourth-quarter ended 1 December 2012, down 5% year-on-year (YOY), as expenses increased 24%. Adjusted earnings of 64 cts/share were 14% higher YOY and beat a consensus of analysts' estimates of 56 cts/share, as reported by Thomson Reuters (New York). Revenue increased 28%, to $513 million.
