R&H Starts Up Mexican Technology Plant

Rohm and Haas (R&H) says it has started operations at its previously announced $20-million emulsion polymer and polyacrylate plant at Querétaro, Mexico (CW, Nov. 29/Dec. 6, 2006, p. 34). R&H says it will transfer production from its Apizaco plant to the Querétaro facility.
