PPG’s protective and marine coatings business terminates licensee agreement with Comex

PPG Industries says that its protective and marine coatings (PMC) business has terminated its licensee agreement with Comex Group (Mexico City) and that customers in Mexico can now order Amercoat brand coating products directly from PPG. “We view Mexico as a tremendous growth market,” says Diane Kappas, PPG v.p./PMC, Americas. “By working more closely with our customers, we believe we can enhance their competitive advantage not just through the strength of our product offering but with advanced levels of technical and sales support,”...
