Mitsubishi Corp. and Dainichiseika form plastic compounds JV in Mexico

 Mitsubishi Corp. says that it has entered into an agreement with Dainichiseika Color & Chemicals Mfg. Co. (Tokyo), for the establishment of a joint venture company in the state of Guanajuato in Mexico, to manufacture and sell plastic compounds. The jv will be called DM Color Mexicana, and Dainichiseika will hold a 65% stake in the jv, Mitsubishi Corp. will hold a 30% stake, and its Mitsubishi Corp.
