Mexichem's third-quarter earnings, sales decline

Mexichem (Tlanepantla, Mexico) generated 17.05 billion Mexican pesos ($1.32 billion) in sales during the third quarter, according to the company's preliminary results filed with the Mexican stock exchange. The figure represents a decrease of 4% in Mexican currency terms compared with the same period in 2012 and a 2% decrease in dollars.
