Mexican Petroleum Institute completes basic engineering study for Pemex EO expansion

The Mexican Petroleum Institute (IMP; Mexico City), has completed a basic engineering study requested by the petrochemicals subsidiary of Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex; Mexico City) for the second phase of expansion at the Morelos petrochemical complex at Coatzacoalcos, Mexico, IMP says.
