Investigators determine gas buildup caused blast at Pemex HQ

Investigators have determined a buildup of methane gas in the basement of an annex building caused the blast that killed 37 and wounded more than 100 at the Mexico City headquarters of Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex). Officials have determined that it is safe for the complex to reopen tomorrow, although two annex areas will remain closed, Pemex says.
