ICL Acquires Mexican Food Ingredients Firm

ICL Performance Products (St. Louis), an operating segment of Israel Chemicals, says it has agreed to acquire Cosmocel Group subsidiary Cosmocel Quimica (Monterrey, Mexico), a manufacturer of functional food ingredients and specialty chemicals. Terms were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close in the next few weeks.
