ICA Fluor awarded contract to revamp VCM plant in Mexico

Fluor says that its ICA Fluor industrial engineering-construction joint venture with Empresas ICA has signed a contract with Petroquímica Mexicana de Vinilo, a jv between Mexichem (Tlalnepantla, Mexico) and Pemex (Mexico City), to revamp the vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) plant located within the Pajaritos petrochemical complex, near Veracruz, Mexico.
