Explosion at Pemex headquarters kills 25, injures 100

The number of people killed by the explosion at the headquarters of state oil company Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex; Mexico City) has risen to 25, press reports say. The explosion, which took place at about 4 p.m. local time on 31 January, also injured another 100 people. The cause of the explosion is not yet known and is under investigation.
