Regions :: North America :: Mexico Dr. Reddy’s Commissions Pharma-Grade Alcohols Facility in Mexico6:58 AM MDT | March 17, 2010 | Deepti Ramesh Pharmaceutical company Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories (Hyderabad, India) says it has successfully commissioned its commercial scale manufacturing facility for pharma grade mPEG alcohols at Cuernavaca, Mexico. mPEG alcohols are the key raw materials for activated mPEG, extensively used for pegylation with biologic drugs and increasingly for peptides and small molecule pharmaceuticals, Dr. Reddy’s says. The mPEG alcohol manufactured in Mexico will be supplied to Dr. Reddy’s facility at Mirfield, U.K., where commercial scale activation is carried out...
