However, the same week in 2009 did not include in the Independence Day holiday in the U.S. Traffic in the U.S. fell 5.5%, to 25,852 cars. Canadian traffic rose 4.6%, to 12,701 cars, while Mexican traffic declined 12%, to 1,022 cars. Traffic fell from the prior week's totals.
