Pemex Files New NGL Lawsuit Against Oil Companies1:53 PM MDT | April 23, 2012 | Lindsey Bewley Pemex, Mexico’s state-run oil company, has filed a new lawsuit against a dozen oil companies—including units of Royal Dutch Shell and ConocoPhillips—alleging they sold fuel stolen by drug gangs. The company filed a nearly identical lawsuit against BASF in 2010, claiming the company purchased stolen natural gas liquids (NGLs) and condensate from Mexican thieves.
