Ethylene XXI Financing Slated for Completion by End of April

Negotiations for a financing package for the Ethylene XXI complex planned by Braskem (São Paulo) and  Grupo Idesa (Mexico City) for Coatzacoalcos, Mexico are “going well” with final formal closing expected by the end of April, says Cleantho Leite Filho, director/business development for the Braskem Idesa joint venture.  “Negotiations are going well but have not been finalized.
