Süd-Chemie subsidiary Phostech Lithium (St.-Bruno, Quebec) says a recent Canadian Federal Court of Appeal ruling that the company infringed on certain Valence Technology (Austin, TX) patents related to lithium phosphates will not have a significant effect on operations and expansions plans.
