Stolt-Nielsen takes major stake in LNG logistics start-up in Canada

Stolt-Nielsen announced today that its liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) unit, SunLNG Holding, and LNGaz have agreed to form a new start-up focused on developing small-scale liquefied natural gas (LNG) liquefaction and logistics services at Bécancour, PQ. The new joint venture, Stolt LNGaz Ltd., will have a Canadian operating subsidiary, Stolt LNGaz Inc..
