Praxair Announces Price Increases for Gases and Facility Fees

Praxair has announced price increases effective June 1 for bulk and packaged industrial, electronics, specialty, and medical gas customers in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. Nitrogen and oxygen prices will increase 12%, Praxair says. Argon and hydrogen prices will increase by 18%. Praxair says that facility fees, monthly bulk product charges, cylinder rental rates, and hardgoods will rise 15%.
