Possible Sale of Shell's Montreal Refinery Disintegrates; Plan for Fuel Terminal Moves Forward

Royal Dutch Shell says it will go ahead with previously announced plans to close its 130,000-bpd refinery at Montreal East and convert the site to a fuel terminal that will receive gasoline, diesel and aviation fuels after negotiations with a potential buyer fell through.
