Regions :: North America :: Canada Nova Outlines Polyethylene Expansions7:54 AM MDT | June 29, 2011 | Lindsey Bewley Nova Chemicals says it has begun feasibility and engineering work for the construction of two new polyethylene (PE) assets to be located at its Joffre, AB and Sarnia, ON facilities. The company will also complete studies for a further debottleneck of its low-density polyethylene line at Mooretown, ON. Capacity details were not disclosed. The projects are part of the company's plan to grow of its proprietary PE technology for the North American markets, which the company is calling “NOVA 2020.” The completion of all engineering and feasibility studies...
