Momentive Signs Distribution Agreement for Solar Products

Momentive Performance Materials has signed an agreement with Targay Technology International (Montreal) regarding the distribution of solar industry related products, the company announced today. Such products include silicone plotting, sealing and adhesive products for the solar industry. The terms of the deal, which covers global distribution, were not disclosed.
