(Okotoks, AB) for the Wynyard carnallite potash project in Saskatchewan, Canada. The study will consider initial production of 500,000 m.t./year with expansion of the facility to 2 million m.t./year within five to six years. The facility will recover high purity potassium chloride (KCl) from potash ore deposits. The KCl will be used to produce fertilizer.
