DuPont Invests in Quartz Production

DuPont says it will make a multimillion-dollar investment to improve production at its Thetford Mines, Quebec site, which produces quartz slabs for the residential and commercial markets. “We will make equipment enhancements that will enable us to further increase the size of the slabs and improve quality of the slabs we deliver, which will improve the yields during fabrication and deliver a better finished product to consumers,” says William White, president at DuPont Canada.
