Dow JV Supplies Battery Technology for Smart Grid

Dow Kokam, a lithium-ion battery joint venture involving Dow Chemical, says it will supply energy storage solutioneCamion (Whitby, ON) with lithium-ion technology for use in a smart grid.  The  project will integrate Dow Kokam's lithium-ion battery cells with eCamion's battery pack design to provide three energy storage systems that will be tested with a large urban Ontario distribution company.
