Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Nealanders says it is Canada's leading food ingredients supplier. The company distributes food ingredients across Canada and US, and also manufactures antioxidants, release agents, bakery concentrates, dough conditioners, and vitamin and mineral enrichment blends.
