DSM Completes Acquisition of Ocean Nutrition Canada

DSM says it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Ocean Nutrition Canada (Dartmouth, NS), the leading global provider of fish-oil derived nutritional products to the dietary supplement and food and beverage markets, for C$540 million ($534 million).
