Climate, TSCA Top Legislative Agendas as Lawmakers Reconvene

As legislative sessions in the U.S. and European Union (EU) reconvene this fall, industry executives face some of the most sweeping and complex regulatory issues to confront the sector in years. Global warming negotiations and mandates alone would be enough to keep a small army of regulatory affairs directors busy.
