Canpotex Signs Potash Deal with Tata Chemicals

Canpotex, a potash export cartel, says it has signed a new three-year agreement to supply Tata Chemicals (Mumbai) with a minimum of 1.5 million m.t. of potash. The agreement is for the period April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2014, and provides Tata Chemicals with the option to extend the agreement for an additional two years to March 31, 2016.
