Canada Lithium shareholders to vote on name change after Sirocco Mining merger

Canada Lithium (Toronto) and Sirocco Mining announced a new proposed name for Canada Lithium—RB Energy—upon completion of the merger agreement the two firms announced last month. According to the jointly issued statement, Canada Lithium shareholders will be asked at a 28 January meeting to approve the name change. Shareholders were originally set to vote on the proposed name Li-On Minerals, although Canada Lithium has "determined that it is in the best interests of Canada Lithium" that the proposed name to be presented instead be RB Energy...
