CF Industries Acquires Canadian Fertilizers Ltd.

CF Industries (Deerfield, IL) has entered into an agreement with Glencore International (Baar, Switzerland) to acquire Viterra’s (Regina, SK) Canadian Fertilizers Ltd. (CFL) for C$915 million ($915.3 million) in cash.
