BioAmber Partners with Mitsui & Co. for Succinic Acid and BDO Projects

BioAmber (Minneapolis, MN) says it has partnered with Mitsui & Co. for building the previously announced succinic acid and 1,4-butanediol (BDO) projects in Canada and Thailand, as well as for a new project in either North America or Brazil.   BioAmber and Mitsui & Co. will build the previously announced succinic acid and BDO complex at Sarnia, ON, at Lanxess’ site there.
