Agrium to Buy Viterra's Retail Business in Canada and Australia

Agrium has agreed to purchase 90% of Viterra’s agricultural retail business in Canada, and all of that business in Australia, the company says. The deal is a part of Glencore’s $6.15 billion acquisition of Viterra, a grain handler, which was announced earlier today.
