Acron Signs Potash JV Deal with Rio Tinto

Acron’s Canadian subsidiary North Atlantic Potash (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) says it has entered into a potash exploration joint venture with London mining firm Rio Tinto. The jv will cover nine potash permits held by North Atlantic Potash in the southern section of Saskatchewan’s potash deposits. Additional terms were not disclosed.
