Zep completes first phase of vehicle-care integration

Zep (Atlanta), a consumable packaged goods company and maker of cleaning and sanitizing products, has completed phase one of its vehicle-care integration after acquiring the unit from Ecolab in October 2012 for $120 million. Phase one included aligning the sales force, completing an independent valuation, and filing pro-forma financial statements.
