Update: Dow-R&H Trial Suspended; Weekend Negotiations Went 'Extremely Well'

The Dow Chemical-Rohm and Haas (R&H) trial has been suspended at least for the time being after parties sought a delay, but it is unclear if there is a firm settlement in the works. However, weekend negotiations were described as going "extremely well." The trial never formally began and the judge has not appeared, but sources in and around the courtroom say a "hiatus" until later today was requested. The two companies are locked in negotiations  to settle a lawsuit R&H filed to force Dow to go through with its $18.8 billion...
