Regions :: North America US ethanol groups respond to proposed EU antidumping duty7:29 AM MST | December 7, 2012 | Lindsay Frost The European Commission has issued a “general disclosure document” explaining the European Union’s (EU) proposed ruling in the antidumping investigation involving US ethanol exports to Europe. Growth Energy (Washington), an organization of supporters of ethanol, and the Renewable Fuels Association (RFA; Washington), a trade association for ethanol, acknowledged the Commission’s proposed 9.6% antidumping duty to its member states.
