Royal Chemical expands blending plant in Pennsylvania

Toll manufacturer Royal Chemical says it completed an expansion of its East Stroudsburg, PA, facility, increasing chemical blending capacity and updating equipment. Capacity at the plant has not been disclosed. The new equipment includes a reverse-osmosis water system and computerized control systems.
