Praxair Forms Distribution JV

Praxair says its subsidiary Praxair Distribution has agreed to form an industrial gases distribution joint venture with industrial, medical, and specialty gases distributors Welco-CGI Gas Technologies (Newark, NJ) and GT&S (Allentown, PA). Financial terms were not disclosed. Praxair Distribution will contribute certain production-related assets, including its Bethlehem, PA specialty gases plant.
