Oxea starts production at specialty esters facility, ups prices

Oxea says it has started up a new specialty esters production unit at its Oberhausen, Germany site.  The new facility increases the company's total capacity to produce specialty esters by over 50%. The company operates 3 other plants worldwide—with a fourth being constructed in China.
