Oneok gets air permit for $550-million Mont Belvieu NGL fractionator

Oneok Partners’ (Tulsa, OK) 75,000-bbl/day natural gas liquids fractionator, now under construction at Mont Belvieu, TX, has received a Greenhouse Gas Prevention of Significant Deterioration permit from EPA. Oneok expects to complete the fractionator project, which will cost $525–575 million, during the fourth quarter....
