O'Rourke acquires Texas-based Shell lubricant distributor

O’Rourke Petroleum (Houston), a distributor of lubricants, fuels, and environmental services, announced that it is acquiring Penco Oil (Tyler, TX), a family-owned distributor of lubricant products and services. Penco is a Shell distributor that also offers products from Pennzoil, Quaker State, Castrol, and Shell, according to O’Rourke. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
